At HeartQ Gift, every order is prepared with love and care. But if something doesn’t turn out quite right, we’re here to make it right for you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your gift arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send a picture to heartq.gift@gmail.com with the order number. We’ll arrange a replacement at our cost so you can enjoy your gift exactly as intended.

Personalized Items

Because personalized items are specially made for you, they can’t be returned. However, if an issue arises, we’re happy to offer you a 30% discount on a replacement order.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, we’ll already be preparing your gift, and cancellations won’t be possible.

Customer Errors

Please double-check details like names, shipping address, dates, and messages before confirming your order. We can’t take responsibility for errors made during checkout, but we’ll always try to help with a replacement discount.

Holiday Season & Unexpected Delays Policy

We do our very best to ensure your gifts arrive in time for the holidays. However, during peak seasons, high order volumes or unexpected circumstances (such as weather or courier delays) may cause slight delivery slowdowns.

As these delays are beyond our control, we’re unable to issue refunds for late deliveries caused by such events. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding — your gift will still arrive with care, even if it takes a little longer.
