How long after ordering is my order shipped?

All orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. 

Which carrier do you use?

All items shipped with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

How long does it take to arrive?

All orders from our USA facility in Florida. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe:

  • USA - Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada - Within 4-7 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 5-7 business days
  • Australia/NZ - Within 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World - Within 5-12 business days

These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.

Delayed/Damaged Goods

Typically, orders do get delivered in 3 - 5 working days within USA and 7 - 14 working days outside the USA. However, your package may be delayed by long holidays, bad weather conditions, Customs processing (if outside the USA), and other unavoidable circumstances. Hence, we strongly encourage customers to order early during the festive seasons.

Should your package does not show up beyond the estimated delivery period, please email us at heartq.gift@gmail.com.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at heartq.gift@gmail.com and provide a clear picture of the item for our review. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement.

We offer 30 days warranty from the date of purchase for damaged, defective, or incorrect item/s received.

HeartQ is not held responsible for any delays or loss of parcel if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Route. Route will contact you with all insurance info and terms via email.

Route will inform you of the shipping and tracking for your package, regardless of whether you have purchased the insurance.

Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
